Hi, My name is Joe Vaughn and I have been building Custom homes and additions on Cape Cod since 1984. Before that I worked for builders contracting finish carpentry and preparing houses for the new owners. I loved doing finish work, staircases, and kitchens. But for me, the greatest feeling was to see a new homeowner get excited over something I had built or fixed for them.
My approach to building may be a little different, oh I know it's only houses built to plans and specifications on schedule, but it's also helping someone build their dream home, first home, or retirement home. I've built many homes on Cape Cod and made many friends along the way.
There are many fine builders on the Cape and I'm proud to be one of them.
